1. General provisions.

1.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter the “Rules”) are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, conditions of purchase and payment for goods, delivery and return procedures, liability of the parties and other related provisions in the online gallery "Klangas".

1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.

1.3. The Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded from the moment when the Buyer e. After creating a shopping cart in the gallery, indicating the delivery address, choosing the payment method and getting acquainted with the Seller's rules, click the "Buy" button.

2. Protection of personal data.

2.1. Klangas electronic gallery belongs to UAB art gallery "Kauno langas" When ordering goods in the online gallery "Klangas", the buyer must provide the buyer's personal data requested during the purchase: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address.

2.3. 2.4. The buyer is responsible for providing correct data at the time of purchase.

2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State authority in the cases provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.

2.6. The buyer, when registering by e-mail in the store and when ordering goods, undertakes to store and not disclose login details to anyone.

3. Buyer's rights and obligations.

3.1. By placing an order in the online gallery "Klangas", the Buyer agrees with these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.

3.3. Provide complete, complete and correct information on the billing form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the payment form, Klangas has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.

3.4. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.

4. Seller's rights and obligations.

4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store "Klangas".

4.2. If the Buyer tries to impair the operation or stable operation of the electronic gallery or violates its obligations, the Seller may, without prior notice, limit, suspend (terminate) its access to the electronic gallery and shall not be liable for any related losses of the Buyer.

4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy of the Buyer's personal information specified in the e-mail. gallery registration form.

4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

4.5. The seller has the right to temporarily or indefinitely terminate the operation of the e-shop without separate notice.

4.6. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these Rules by publishing the amended Rules on the website of the electronic gallery. The amendments take effect from the moment of publication for all transactions concluded after publication.

4.7. The seller is not responsible for the discrepancy between the different display features of computers, tablets and mobile devices, the colors and shapes of the goods in the electronic gallery and the actual colors and shapes of the goods.

4.8. The seller can sell and export from the Republic of Lithuania all works of art created during the last 50 years without any restrictions.

To send works created more than 50 years ago, a permit from the Department of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania is required to export the work from the Republic of Lithuania.
The seller, having received all or part of the payment, undertakes to obtain such permission for the shipment of the work from the Republic of Lithuania within 20 days.
The seller undertakes to send the purchased work with permission, invoice and the necessary export document to the buyer at his address.
If the permission to export the purchased work from the Republic of Lithuania is not granted, the full amount paid by the buyer is immediately refunded.

5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms.

5.1. In the electronic gallery, the Buyer can buy 7 days a week, 24 hours. per day.

5.2. Product prices e-mail in the gallery and in the completed order are indicated in euros.

5.3. The Buyer pays for the selected goods using electronic banking or settlement intermediation - this is a prepayment using the electronic banking or settlement intermediation system used by the Buyer. In order to use this form of payment, the buyer must have signed an electronic banking or brokerage agreement with the banks and companies specified in the Klangas e-gallery. When paying for the goods in this way, the Buyer generates a payment in the electronic banking system according to the order he pays for. The Buyer transfers the money to Klanga's account. The responsibility for the security of the data entered by the Buyer during the payment in this case lies with the respective bank or company, as all monetary transactions take place in the electronic payment system of the bank or company.

5.4. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 1 (one) calendar day from the date of order confirmation. The preparation of the parcel starts only after receiving the payment for the goods.

5.5. If the buyer fails to make the payment within 1 calendar day, the order will be canceled.

6. Delivery of goods.

6.1. The buyer, having chosen the delivery service during the order, undertakes to pay for it, to indicate the exact place of delivery.

6.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself and the goods have been delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

6.3. The goods are delivered by the Seller or the Seller's authorized representative (courier), and the goods can be sent in other ways, depending on the chosen delivery method.

6.4. The goods are sent to the Buyer within 1-5 working days from the confirmation of payment.

6.5. The buyer pays for the shipment of the purchased work from the Republic of Lithuania. The amount depends on the size of the parcel, the country of destination and the rates of the courier service chosen.

6.6. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.

6.7. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is received in a damaged package, if the consignment receives unsolicited goods or an incorrect quantity, incomplete goods.

6.8. In all cases, if the buyer notices any damage to the packaging during delivery, he must indicate his remarks in the delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate report on these damage. All damage to the packaging or purchase must be photographed by the Buyer and good quality and high resolution photographs must be provided to the Seller. The Buyer must do this in the presence of a courier. Failure to do so shall release the Seller from liability against the Buyer for damage to the goods related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not indicate in the courier's delivery document.

6.9. Upon receipt of the goods by post or collection of the goods at the dispatch terminals or other collection points, the Buyer must e-mail. provide the Seller with photos of the damaged parcel and goods by e-mail.

7. Return and exchange of goods.

7.1. Please note that according to the 2014 July 22 LRV Resolution No. 738 of the approved Retail Trade Rules, UAB art gallery "Kauno langas" does not take back purchased works of art, jewellery made of precious metals, collectibles, antiques and does not return money.

8. Marketing and information.

8.1. The seller can organize various promotions and offers in the online store "Klangas".

8.2. The seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the shares, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares is valid only from the moment of their publication.

8.3. The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address or telephone number specified in the Buyer's registration form.

8.4. The Buyer sends all notifications and questions to the Seller's e-mail. the contacts listed in the "Contacts" section of the store.

8.5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the sent information or confirmation messages due to internet network, e-mail service provider network failures.

9. Final provisions.

9.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.2. The Seller and the Buyer acknowledge the place of performance of the contract at the Seller's registered office in Kaunas.

9.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
