Archive
The archive, even when it comes to painting, is a great place to keep in mind something important. In a changing world, temporal things are naturally forgotten, and the eternal comes to life in ever-new meanings.
In my case, the paintings of several decades evoke both nostalgic memories of the past and raise questions about why I want to remember them today. The journey between local and global experiences is reminiscent of a journey that has taken place. Reminiscences of historical styles are related to the experiences of autobiography. You don’t always want to be modern, you often want to go back to the origins and see how painting marks and rethinking time.
Each year was different and unequal in importance.
Let the viewer decide which options are the best for "catching the time": a cobweb, a trap, a crossword puzzle, or just an archive.
