Born in 1960 in Joniškėlis.
He graduated from secondary school in Biržai.
in 1984 graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts of Siauliai Pedagogical Institute (now VU Siauliai Academy). He lived and worked in Panevezys for most of his life.
Since 1985 participated in national exhibitions.
in 1999 became a member of the Lithuanian Union of Artists.
Organized 28 personal exhibitions: the first - in Birzai in 1986, the last - in 2020. Second (Un)Chance at Alexianer Krankerhaus Hedwigshohe, Berlin.
in 1997 for the most interesting works exhibited at the Sfinksas exhibition in Kaunas, the prize of the M.K. Ciurlionis Art Museum was awarded.
in 2012 - third place at the Minsk Painting Biennale.
Actively participated in Panevezys LDS "Gallery XX" activities. The initiative of this gallery in 2019 presented his work at the international contemporary art fair "ArtVilnius'19". Every year participated in national and foreign exhibitions.
Paintings were purchased by the Art Museum Fund of the Ministry of Culture of Lithuania and the Balzek Museum of Lithuanian Culture (Chicago, USA).
Died in 2020 in Panevėžys.

"Reading" Juška work as a fragment of hermit's notes, we touch the author's exposed feelings and sparkling consciousness. Only later do we dress his strange individual "dictionary-imagery" in new clothes - with our insights, our consciousness and feelings, i.e. i.e. "we dress ourselves".
