I was born on July 17, 1955, in Lithuania.

Education and  career

In 1973 I finished secondary school.

In 1978 I graduated from the  Faculty of Arts of  Sauliai University.

In 1987 I started working at Panevezys Art School and since 1988 I am the Principal of this school.

Since 1995   i have been a member of the Lithuanian Association of Artists

In 1998 and in 2021  I was chosen as the best in the sphere of arts in Panevezys

Creative  Activity

I took part in the competitions for some monuments.

In 1995 – the Monument of Independence in Panevezys       /III rd  place/

In  2001 -  the monument for the 500 th  anniversary of  Rokiskis town. /II rd place/

In 2001 I created the monument to the famous Lithuanian colonel J.Variakojis

In 2009 I created the monument “Grieve the Jewish mother” in Panevezys.

In 2018 I created the monument to the Lithuanian freedom fighters.

In 2021  I created the monumental sculpture “Verslo skrydis” in Panevezys.
