Born in 1956
in 1982 graduated from Vilnius Art Institute (now Vilnius Academy of Arts).
Since 1987 has organized almost 30 personal exhibitions in Lithuania, Latvia, Greece; participated in international competitive exhibitions in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, USA, Poland, China, Croatia, China, United Kingdom, Greece, Spain, Italy, etc.
The artist's work has received many awards: in 2009 - Grade III "Santakos" mark; in 2013 incentive prize of the competitive exhibition "2nd China Kaolin Grand Prix for International Ceramic Art" (Jingdezhen, China); in 2014 diploma of the 3rd Vilnius Biennale for innovative expression of ceramic art; in 2019 Silver Plague "Zelina 19" (Zagreb, Croatia) prize, at the 13th Baltic ceramics exhibition "Pavasaris" (Vilnius, Lithuania) won 3rd place; in 2020 in the competitive exhibition "Rebirth" (Kaunas) - diploma for creative results in painting, 2020 "Online Art Gallery held by World Federation of Zervas Art Clubs" (Greece) - an honorary award for a solo painting exhibition; in 2021 "Indo-Lithuania International Art Exhibition" award, etc.
Since 1995 – Member of the Lithuanian Union of Artists (LDS).
2005-2018 the symposium "Reduction", manager of the contemporary ceramics exhibitions "Pavasaris" in the Baltic States.
