DREAMS
I thought that those pictures of mine are like dreams - as if they could be real stories, but not a little bit, somewhere nearby, not as it was, but as it could be, a little parallel reality, my world, but maybe it could be someone else's own .
Dreams appear in the head accidentally, without waiting, both during the day and at night, and at the work desk, and in the car, driving potatoes to the Alytus market.
Homemade, summer, Ukrainian, Sakartveli, about love and friends.
If there were no dreams, the night would be empty, dreary and black from evening to morning. What if there were no arts?
Dreams color the night, work colors the day.
In my paintings, I do not consider specific characters, Peter or Birutė, just a man, a woman, a bird, a tree - as symbols, hieroglyphs, the arrangement of which in one way or another organizes a story, a story, or a fairy tale. Freud and Fromm regarded dreams, myths and fairy tales as things of the same rank, arising from the same subconscious.
I live in that fairy tale (between forests and lakes, because I don't like cities), and I went, and if anyone was interested in watching it, thank you.
